Messenger app for windows 8 1. The Xbox Companion app on Windows 10, which launched with the OS back in 2015 is somewhat in a weird spot right now. The UWP app now displays a large ad for the new Xbox app that launched alongside Xbox Game Pass for PC last year, and it also lost support for some features such as Xbox Live messaging.
